What an incredible place. My mom required a short term stay. The entire staff made her feel right at home. She loved the beautiful residence, all the social activities and the food was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff at Sorrento Residence, your hard work and dedication is so greatly appreciated.

My mom’s recent move to Sorrento Retirement Residence has been an extremely positive experience. The facilities are top notch both in terms of quality and maintenance, the food service has more than exceeded our expectations, in-house services and activities are comprehensive and well managed, and all of the staff have been kind and responsive to my mother’s needs and any requests we might have. We are extremely impressed with the staff’s genuine interest in my mom’s well being and I am very comfortable knowing all of her needs are being met. The transition to living at Sorrento has been a very positive move for my mom and we are extremely pleased with, and grateful to the staff for improving her quality of life.

Sorrento Residences is a wonderful environment. We had to transition our parents as they could no longer take care of their health, meals and home. From the first interaction we had my brother and I were very impressed not only with the home but with the team. They’ve been there for 2 months and all I can say is that the entire team have genuine care for these Seniors. They truly create a family feel and treat them like their own parents. They deeply care and do a wonderful job in accommodating different needs. Thank you to the team this is truly peace of mind knowing we have great support at Sorrento!

A must see if you want to enjoy your golden years in a fun place with amazing people and amenities, golf putting and bocce court on roof top. Modern pool, Artisan Bar, 24/7 Bistro, French Chef and an amazing team to serve you.

It has a very friendly and professional environment. The staff is exceptional and well informed, they are very helpful and well mannered. The European design gives it more of a resort feel instead of a retirement facility. It's a great place to live!

I can’t explain how serene this place is… moved in my Nonna a few months back. Staff is quick to respond, patient and you truly feel like you and your loved one is part of a family. I have only good things to say about this retirement home. Keeps my Nonna feeling independent and joyful.

I wanted to mention to you how much I appreciate your wonderful staff.
They were able to arrange transportation for my mom from Cortelucci Hospital back to Sorrento. It was after 9 pm, dark & rainy and she was alone and scared. Diana at the front desk worked with me to arrange everything. When my mom arrived, the nurse and another staff member was there to meet her and take her safely to her room.
My siblings and I are very comforted to know she is well cared for and never neglected. I find that many people are quick to criticize and complain, but they seldom take the time to praise someone when they do something wonderful. Please let them know how much my family and I appreciated their efforts last night. Our Mom sacrificed and worked hard all her life to give her 4 children a good life, and we are grateful that Sorrento is taking such good care of her and giving all of us peace of mind. She is happy and thriving and for that we thank you all.

Sorrento is an absolutely wonderful facility. My Mother recently moved in there and is loving it so far. Everything from the food to the service, to the amenities is top notch and what you'd expect from a five-star resort. From the first phone call to stepping in the door, you are greeted by Pat, Sorrento's concierge whose warm welcome sets the tone for the five-star service you can expect here. My family and I can rest assured that my mother is happy and comfortable at Sorrento.

It is with great pleasure to express my gratitude to my family and the Sorrento retirement home for the excellent experience I am receiving and enjoying.
There is an atmosphere of a caring, understanding, polite and respectful attitude by all entire staff and management. It has impressed me and leaving me with a feeling of contentment and support to face the challenge of the later years of my life.
The infection control with hygiene, medical procedures, dietary requirements, and immobility restrictions are all highly accommodated with referrals and assistance in house as well as with transportation available.
An impressive selection of activities, entertainments, and special concerts are provided creating an atmosphere of happiness and fellowship with others.
I am feeling safe and secure always receiving an understanding and loving response reducing unnecessary anxieties.

To her surprise mom settled in and loved it right away. Everyone there is incredibly kind and caring and looking out constantly for safety. Always there to help. She had some friends she knew there but new ones also came in of which she has met them all and enjoys them all.
It a brand-new building with a whole crew of people caring and give their hearts out to a whole bunch of older people. That has got to be a tough Job. My hats are off to all of them, and I personally thank them for looking after my mom and of course all the others the way they do.
They put of beautiful winter decorations, she has getting in the group of Bingo cards movie night and of course many other activities. They always keep the building spotless.
In the past I have visited mom every day since dad passed away, I try to come down every day to see here now but if I don’t I know she is fine and she is being looked after.
Mom has done more now that she has for many years in her house
Mom calls her new place home now and did from day one, we have gone back to look at the old homestead and she says: “I glad I am out of there”.
To Sorrento’s owners and associates thank you for being part of my mom’s life and congratulations on such a fine building “and excellent piece of art”. I would certainly recommend your home a place to live.
